About two weeks from data access

We take one of your data pipelines (a recorder, a historical dataset, a dashboard feed or a backtest) and check whether it tells the truth.

  1. Coverage and gaps. Every missing stretch, with its start, end and likely cause, written up as a gap register you keep.
  2. Timestamps. Venue time against receive time, clock drift, and late or out-of-order messages.
  3. Prices. The prices you store or show against the order book you could actually have traded at that moment, including stale quotes and thin depth.
  4. Settlement. Your recorded outcomes against the official settlement source, round by round.
  5. Backtest hygiene, if you run one. Look-ahead, survivorship, fill and fee assumptions, and how many variants were tried before the one that was kept.

  • A written report, findings ranked by impact, with the evidence for each one (queries and file references your team can rerun)
  • The gap register
  • A fix list in priority order, with a rough effort for each item

Terms

  • Pay in full at the start, or a $1,250 deposit to start and $1,250 when the report is delivered
  • Fixed fee, no change orders. If we cannot start within 10 business days of receiving data access, the deposit is refunded in full
  • We delete your data within 30 days of delivery unless you ask us to keep it. The report is yours to keep

Four weeks. Your settlement-window data under NDA. Stale feeds, basis moves, order-book stress in the last 60 seconds, resolved-without-price cases, clock drift. A written report you can show a regulator, with every finding reproducible from your own data.
