Jenkins & Jones is the prediction-market data and research brand of ZCC Media Agency, founded and run by Zion Boggan in Scottsdale, Arizona. The name is a brand, not two partners: it is the desk Zion wanted to buy data from and could not find.

How the desk works
Agents do the work. A person signs it.
Agents run the recorders, the tests and the repairs on a schedule. Every change is logged. A person approves changes and signs off releases. When something breaks, we say so: see the gap register.
